But if you're expanding to more than one Country, you also need to duplicate, triplicate, quadruplicate or "X-plicate" the number of work involved. You'll need to think like an Orchestra conductor instead of thinking like a solo guitarrist. 

It's more like an NFL couch instead of a tennis coach.

You'll need to think about coordinating for different cultures and messaging.

Making sure the "translation" of the core message hasn't been "Americanized" if you're targeting other Countries, and at the same time if you're coming to the US, make sure you're creating a message that is according to what people expect in the US.

If you try to create a compelling landing page in Europe the same way than you'd do in the US, you're going to realize that International SEO is not going to be your biggest issue, but a message that doesn't connect with your audience and that's not a position you want to see your company in.
